Candidate Searching

"Candidate Searching of VentureJapan"

Obviously this task is like hunting beast in the middle of wilderness you face difficulties, confusions and struggle. But everything takes patience, skills and experience!

Now I have top 5 categories of how candidate searching must be done.

1st, Everybody always say help/charity must start in the family well in this instance searching must start in your database, you should always prioritize the candidate you've already made contact with and you must know which of those candidates are closer to the person you're searching for.

2nd, After your family let's proceed to your neighbors "the candidate recruiting sites" those sites already built a strong database full of candidate and it is your goal to find that one candidate hiding between those thousands and millions of resumes.

3rd, It won't hurt to go out of town you might as well join the rest of the World "the social media" you can't just spend your entire working days in recruiting sites and searching in your database you have to interact with different kind of sites as well to widen your connections through people. You may bring recruiting into Facebook, Google+ and etc.

4th, After the party you've surely met a lot of people you might as well use those contacts to gain more contacts. Communicate with people help them help you introduce yourself to everybody.

5th, Make your empire stronger, at the end of the day you can't just rely into introduction, you have to stand up and advertise yourself to the world now you must learn how to come up with an interesting titles that can make executives of the world stop, read, contact and submit resume.

Easy cycle but in every situation it is easy said than done, but then again well done is always better than well said.

Let's not stop our goals with just words, let's walk our talk, work our thoughts and make imaginations real.
