We have a great opportunity in Saitama (Shintoshin train station) for a Quality Assurance Analyst to perform in a team of professionals, in this role you will have the opportunity to strengthen your knowledge and skills, the responsibility of this position includes;

• Validating the compliance of project team deliverables and process to organizational standards.

• Preparing the quality presentations and facilitate precise quality reviews with upper management.

• Training project teams in project methodology and quality process. 

• Developing and documenting internal process for support of Quality Assurance activities. 

• Establishing, tracking, analyzing and reporting on key quality metrics. 

• Promoting a culture of quality awareness.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 3 year(s) experience of working in the related field.

• Preferably Senior Executives specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Job role in Software Quality Assurance or equivalent.

• Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skill.

• Experience practicing QA methodologies throughout the entire software development.

• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management and users.

• Ability to work well with interdisciplinary, geographically dispersed teams.

• Strong analytical problem solving skills.

• Functional in Microsoft Office applications (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio).

• Thorough understanding of project management and software development.
