We have an exceptional and challenging opportunity for an Operations Manager for a global company’s 300-seat call-center in Saitama (Shintoshin train station).
This is a perfect role for an experienced operations manager who wants to strengthen his or her knowledge and skills within a very professional and globally successful environment.
This position’s responsibilities include:
• Directing all activities associated with the 300-seat call-center’s operations, including developing and implementing system policies and procedures.
• Establishing performance and service standards.
• Developing and implementing processes for operational improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Ensuring the call-center achieves productivity, service, and quality standards.
• Developing call-center budget and cost controls.
•All other duties as assigned by the Strategic Business Unit Manager.
