Excellent Opportunity -"Strategic Business Unit Manager"


We have an excellent and challenging opportunity for a Strategic Business Unit Manager (General Manager) for a global company’s call-center business unit in Saitama (Shintoshin train station).




This is a perfect role for an experienced business manager who wants to strengthen his or her knowledge and skills within a very professional and globally successful environment.

This position’s responsibilities include:

• Managing a large client account to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing and managing all operations of the business unit, including:
• Setting-up a 320-person call-centre in Sendai City.
• Overseeing the operation of the call-centre, with overall responsibility for service delivery, sales, operations, IT, HR, and facilities.
• Profit and loss responsibility and overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and implementing changes to methods of the business unit.
• Providing budget analysis, labor planning, problem resolution, and coordination of activities between client and company personnel.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree-level or Masters level, with strong communication and management skills, and extensive experience in managing large accounts and a business such as a 300-seat call-center.
