We have a great opportunity in Saitama (Shintoshin train station) for a Trainer Executive to perform in a team of professionals, in this role you will have the opportunity to strengthen your knowledge and skills, the responsibility of this position includes;
• Supervise, coach and provide direction to one or more trainers.
• Design and develop training and development programs based on the organization and individual needs.
• Managing the delivery of training and development programs and devising a strategy for the organization.
• Producing training materials for in-house courses.
• Evaluating the training and development of the programs, revising programs as necessary in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
• Understands E-learning techniques.

• Required skill(s): Design training modules, Coach, evaluate training programs.
• At least 3 year(s) experience of working in the related field.
• Specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
